At the beginning of the restorative treatment, we will give you an introductory insight into Ayurveda, shed light on health-enhancing treatments and advise you on how to optimize the basics of your daily habits. A harmonising and relaxing gentle massage with nourishing oils with an emphasis on calming and regenerating the body, nervous system and mind. Stress is relieved and overall mental well-being is induced. If you are feeling up to a more intense massage, the Abhyanga Deep can be chosen by appointment.
Relaxing oil massage with emphasis on relaxation of the upper parts of the body, especially the head, neck, shoulders, chest and stiff parts of unilaterally loaded areas. Tissue circulation and energy flow is improved, nutrient and oxygen supply is improved and the body and psyche are deeply soothed.
A deeply relaxing Abhyanga massage followed by a smooth application of warm oil to the forehead area is a "royal" therapy and is one of the most effective relaxation techniques. Get ready for a unique and intense experience. The specially applied oil on the forehead nourishes the nerve endings on the sensitive areas of the head and flows down to the third eye area. It induces a deep sense of calm and well-being, has powerful cleansing effects, helps treat migraines, improves eyesight, memory and concentration, and reduces anxiety and depression.
