• How can I book individual treatments?
  You can easily book the treatment of your choice via the booking form here on our website. The option to ORDER an Ayurvedic procedure or a treatment program can be found next to each procedure. • I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WITH AYURVEDA AND I DON'T KNOW WHICH PROCEDURE IS SUITABLE FOR ME.
  You don't need to know the traditional Ayurvedic healing system or be familiar with healing therapies. Ayurveda can help alleviate chronic health problems and prevent them. Think about what is bothering you or whether you just want to relax and call us. Our friendly receptionists will be happy to advise you on choosing the most suitable procedure for you. Or book a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor or specialist who will recommend a therapy tailored to your dosha and your needs.
• What happens at an Ayurvedic PROCEDURE?
  To avoid rushing, arrive 10 minutes early. We will offer you Ayurvedic tea, you will take a deep breath and mentally tune in to rest.
  
  Then our kind receptionist will take you to a private room designed for your relaxation. Here you can relax in peace and privacy and prepare for the procedure. Then you will give the therapist a signal that they can enter the room. Most procedures last 90 minutes. The rest phase after the procedure is very important, when you have the space to let the effects of the care for your body fade away in privacy and absorb the oils and herbs. Therefore, you have the opportunity to stay in the room longer after the procedure, refresh yourself and rest. We recommend leaving the oil on your body for the rest of the day so that the skin can absorb it and make the most of its beneficial effects. Alternatively, there is a shower or bath available directly in the room.
  
  After the procedure, we will offer you refreshments and the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about Ayurveda and Ayurvedic procedures and the treatment packages we offer.
• What is an Ayurvedic treatment program, and which one should I choose?
  In Ananda Spa, you can choose from five treatment programs according to your current needs. Ayurveda approaches each person individually and perceives the body differently than Western medicine, which we fully respect. Each program is preceded by a diagnostic session with an Ayurvedic specialist. Based on the correct identification of physical and mental symptoms of imbalance, we will work together to discover the causes of your health difficulties or mental discomfort and then adjust your preferred program accordingly. Throughout the program, we will prepare medicinal herbs, recommend a suitable daily routine, and appropriate diet and spices. You will be free to ask any questions you may have.
• I WANT TO STAY AT A PARTNER HOTEL.
  Do you want to visit us but don't live in Prague? You can take advantage of offers from our partner hotels. • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RELAXATION AND AYURVEDIC TREATMENT AND AYURVEDIC PACKAGE?
  Our offer includes relaxation and Ayurvedic treatments. Just choose what you are in the mood for. Do you need to relax and be pampered? We recommend a caring and relaxing full body treatment ritual with natural cosmetics Sultane de Saba.
  
  Would you like to treat your body to cleansing, rejuvenation and regeneration? Choose from our Ayurvedic ttreatments according to your specific health problem. Abhaynga Deep will relieve a blocked back, Shirodhara will relieve a tired mind and headaches by stimulating the Third eye area. Abhayanga Deep + Vasti will help sore muscles, joints and overworked lumbar area using the healing effects of hot herbal oil.
  
  If you want to address health problems in depth and in the long term, we recommend to consult an Ayurvedic doctor, who creates a treatment package that will start your body's self-healing processes.
• How time-consuming is the Ayurvedic program?
  The treatment program includes 5 treatments and 2 consultations. The package can therefore be spread over 5 to 7 days according to your time possibilities. In one day, you can have a consultation and then a treatment. In this case, count on 4 hours spent with us. The procedure itself then takes only 2 hours. The treatments should be consecutive or 1-2 days apart, depending on your individual condition. We always try to respect your time possibilities and your condition (during the cleansing programs the body focuses on detox, and you may feel fatigued or various symptoms of cleansing may appear).
• I want to choose a program, but I don’t live in Prague.
  You can also travel to Ananda Spa from other cities for the treatment program. In this case, we recommend scheduling your treatments 1-3 days apart, so that you have space for regeneration and do not spend every day on the road to Prague.
  
  In the future, we are preparing to cooperate with nearby hotels, so we will soon offer you an Ayurvedic program in combination with accommodation.
• What is Vasti?

• Can I pay with a benefit card?
  Yes, you can pay with Benefit Plus, Edenred Card, Pluxee and Up eBenefity cards. Benefit cards can only be paid at the reception. When booking online, select 'Payment on Site' and pay with your benefits card during your visit.

  Yes, our Ayurveda for the First Time is the ideal choice for anyone who wants to experience Ayurveda a never did so in the past. Our therapists will explain everything to you and adapt the treatment to your needs.
• CAN I CHOOSE WHETHER MY THERAPIST IS A MAN OR A WOMAN?
  Yes, you can indicate your preference when booking. We respect our clients' wishes and strive to ensure that they feel as comfortable as possible with us.
• HOW LONG DOES THE PROCEDURE TAKE?
  The procedure itself lasts 90 minutes, but after it is over you can stay in your private relaxation room and enjoy your moment of peace. We offer you the opportunity to enjoy a cup of tea, refresh with a shower or just relax in the comfort of our environment.
• HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE PROCEDURE?
  Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time to allow time for an initial consultation and preparation.
• WILL THE PROCEDURE BE PRIVATE?
  Yes, at Ananda Spa we place great emphasis on your privacy. Each treatment takes place in a private room or suite where you can feel completely relaxed and comfortable.
• WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?
  You don't need to bring anything with you; we will take care of everything for you. We will prepare soft towels, a comfortable bathrobe, slippers and everything you need to enjoy the procedure in complete comfort.
